Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vikram Nath is a Judge of the Supreme Court of India. He is a former Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court and former Judge of the Allahabad High Court. Notably, Justice Nath is the first Chief Justice of a High Court in India to get his court proceedings livestreamed on YouTube during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. 

Justice Rajesh Bindal

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal is a Judge of Supreme Court of India. He is the former Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court. He has also earlier served as the acting Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court and the Calcutta High Court. Justice Bindal has also chaired several committees. He was the chairperson of a committee constituted by the Ministry of Women and Child Development to study Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Bill, 2016.

Justice Philip Jeyaretnam

Justice Philip Jeyaratnam is the President of the Singapore International Commercial Court. His focus on the Bench has been on complex commercial cases, arbitration law, building and construction, company and trust law. He is also a member of the Judicial Service Commission, and the Presidential Council for Minority Rights. While in practice, he was recognised as an expert in commercial litigation, arbitration and construction law in all major legal publications. In 2020, the Law Society conferred on him the CC Tan Award. 

Justice S Ravindra Bhat

Justice Shripathi Ravindra Bhat is a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India. He has also served as Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court and Judge of the Delhi High Court. Justice Bhat’s impact has stretched beyond the national boundaries. He served as a member of the “High-Level Committee to review the Institutionalization of Arbitration Mechanism in India,” a role that contributed to the enhancement of India’s arbitration infrastructure.

Justice Hemant Gupta

Justice Hemant Gupta is a former judge of Supreme Court of India. He is also a former Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court and Judge of the Patna High Court and Punjab and Haryana High Court. Justice Gupta has delivered several judgements on issues of civil law, revenue law, Tax matters, Commercial disputes and Arbitration matters. He is currently serving as the Chairperson of the India International Arbitration Centre, New Delhi (IIAC).

Justice Gita Mittal is a former Chief Justice of High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, and has served as a Judge at the Delhi High Court from 2004 to 2017. Her specialization lies in Commercial Contracts, International Investment, Environment, Entertainment and Intellectual Property. Justice Mittal is presently chairing the court committees on the Delhi High Court’s Mediation and Conciliation Centre as well as the committee monitoring the Implementation of Judicial Guidelines for Dealing with Cases of Sexual Offences and Child Witnesses.

He has received training in Mediation in India and also abroad. He was conferred an award by Bar Association of India on 3rd December, 2022 to recognize him as an Eminent Member of the Bar and Legal Academia on the Lawyers of India Day Award.
